Draft: these terms are a draft and still need to be reviewed before LabelNow launches.
These terms are an agreement between you and Blake Labs Inc. (“we”) about using the LabelNow app and website. By using LabelNow, you agree to them.
1. Who can use LabelNow
You must be at least 18 and have a Discogs seller account. You are responsible for keeping your devices and accounts secure.
2. What LabelNow does
LabelNow reads your paid Discogs orders, buys USPS shipping labels through your own EasyPost label wallet, emails them to you and, when you tap Yes, marks orders shipped on Discogs. We are not a shipping carrier. USPS delivers the packages.
3. Postage and payments
- You pay for all postage you buy through LabelNow, including automatic labels you turn on. The price is shown in the app and taken from your label wallet.
- Your label wallet is provided by EasyPost, and cards are processed by Stripe. Their terms also apply.
- Refunds for unused labels follow USPS and EasyPost rules and timelines.
4. Your responsibilities
- Check your weights, box sizes, addresses and customs values. You are responsible for the packages you send and for following USPS rules (including Media Mail rules) and customs rules.
- Follow Discogs' terms and policies when you sell and ship.
- Don't misuse LabelNow, for example by trying to break it or by using it for anything illegal.
5. Discogs
This application uses Discogs’ API but is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Discogs. ‘Discogs’ is a trademark of Zink Media, LLC. LabelNow relies on Discogs' API. If Discogs changes or limits it, some features may stop working.
6. No warranty
LabelNow is provided “as is”. We work hard to get labels right, but we can't promise the app will always be available or error-free. Always check a label before you ship.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Blake Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost, late or damaged packages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The cost of postage paid to EasyPost or USPS does not count as paid to us.
8. Ending use
You can stop using LabelNow at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and we'll tell you in the app if a change is important.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [to be decided], USA.
