An iPhone app for Discogs sellers. It makes USPS shipping labels for your paid orders, emails you the PDF and marks the order shipped when you tap Yes.

Install the app, tap Log in with Discogs, fill in your ship-from address, then add a card or Apple Pay to your label wallet. Setup takes about three steps.

When you open or refresh LabelNow, it checks your orders. Each new paid order gets a label, if you've turned on automatic labels. If you haven't, it shows “New paid order · Create label?” and you decide. There are no background checks yet, so open the app to pick up new orders.

Postage is paid from your own label wallet with EasyPost. You add a card or Apple Pay and choose an auto-reload amount. The price for each label is the USPS price shown in the app. LabelNow never holds your money.

• Set a daily limit for automatic labels ($25 to start, between $1 and $500).
• LabelNow makes at most 5 automatic labels each time you refresh.
• Right before buying, it checks that the order is still paid and has no label yet.
• When the limit is reached, automatic labels stop until the next day and you get a notification. You can still make labels by hand.

USPS Media Mail (cheapest for records) and USPS Ground Advantage for US orders, and USPS First-Class Package International for orders abroad. Labels are made for 12-inch LPs and 7-inch singles. Orders with 10-inch records are left for you to ship yourself.

If the buyer sends a message after paying, LabelNow pauses the automatic label so you can read it first. If you already have a label, tap Change address: LabelNow makes a new label, cancels the old one and asks for a refund. USPS refunds take 15 to 30 days.

International labels need a customs form. In settings you can set one customs value for every international order, or choose to enter it on each order. If you choose to enter it yourself, LabelNow waits for you before making the label.

Open the order and tap Yes. LabelNow marks the order shipped on Discogs, adds the tracking number and sends the buyer a short message. Nothing changes on Discogs until you tap Yes.

Check your spam folder and make sure the email in your LabelNow settings is right. The label is also in the app on the order. You can open or print it from there.

You can remove LabelNow's access in your Discogs settings under Applications. To delete your LabelNow account and data, email blakelabsincorp@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my LabelNow data”. See the Privacy Policy.
